About

We only think about the build

A burger is an engineering problem before it's a meal. Bun structure has to hold under sauce weight without going soft by bite four. Cheese has to be melted enough to bind, not so much it slides. We test ratios the way a kitchen shouldn't have to, because most places stop caring after the photo is taken.

Every patty is seared hard enough to hold a crust, then rested, because a burger that bleeds through the bottom bun was rushed. We buy beef we can name the cut of, bake bread that's gone in a day, and throw out anything that sat too long under a heat lamp.

The box is part of the product. If the packaging looks this considered, assume the inside got the same attention.
